This volume pairs two of Zelda’s most charming and lighthearted adventures. In The Minish Cap, Link is shrunk to the size of a Minish (tiny forest people invisible to adults) and must navigate a world where blades of grass are like trees. In Phantom Hourglass, Link takes to the seas to rescue his friend Tetra.

Both stories lean into Zelda’s sense of wonder and discovery. Himekawa captures the joy of seeing a familiar world from a completely new perspective.

For parents: These are among the most accessible Zelda manga — shorter, lighter, and full of humor. Great for kids just getting into manga or Zelda.

For kids and teens: Imagine being as small as an ant and exploring your own house like it’s a dungeon. That’s The Minish Cap, and it’s as cool as it sounds.
